SYSTEMIC COACHING

Coaching challenges your questions and ambitions with thoughtful interventions - and leads to improvements beyond problem solving.

Coaching is a craft - a structured, goal-oriented and time-efficient method for solving problems in the area of tension between private life, work and organization, or in one of these areas.

The coach designs the process and ensures methodological clarity, while the coachee is responsible for the content. With professional support, the coachee gains clarity about the steps needed to achieve the goal.

Working with a coach can be valuable and beneficial in various situations. What’s important is that you feel comfortable with your chosen coach on a personal level. This way, the relationship can thrive, and together, you can achieve great results.

With a clear process, I help you gain clarity about the steps to your goal.

Our collaboration is based on 20 years of consulting experience and my expertise in Positive Psychology. As a certified Professional, Consultant and Systemic Coach in Positive Psychology, I rely on an evidence-based approach that supports your long-term development.

The combination of systemic coaching and Positive Psychology makes the difference. The synergy promotes resilience and individual, sustainable growth beyond the original coaching goal. The consistent focus on growth and the integration of sound methods differentiate my work from traditional coaching approaches.

By becoming aware of your resources - such as strengths, values and beliefs - you develop sustainable solutions for future challenges. Your mental and emotional capacity expands, while mindful awareness strengthens your ability to shift perspectives and see new possibilities.

Thoughts are organized and transformed into a solution-oriented attitude. This allows you to remain capable of decision and action making beyond a single problem.

My approach is evidence-based and will become a natural part of your personal and professional development.
