As a certified Professional, Consultant and Systemic Coach for Positive Psychology, I also bring scientifically based methods and interventions to my work. In various roles, including as a headhunter in the ICT sector, I have built teams, shaped cultures and supported managers in close alignment with the business and its strategic direction.
People are at the heart of my work. My goal is to support individuals in a targeted and meaningful way - a philosophy that forms the core of my services. As a consultant and coach, my focus is on personalized, one-on-one support that addresses the unique needs and goals of my clients.
